For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the house or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am and violators will be charged a $200 fine. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and a state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
