Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. No smoking inside the unit and must obey common area signage around smoking. Small/Medium Dogs (of "non aggressive" breeds) and cats are permitted in accordance with condo HOA policy. Dog waste is treated as a serious manner by the condo HOA and must be removed immediately into a pet station or fines and pet expulsion can occur.
