This includes the outside areas too. This townhouse has a unit next to it, so respecting the neighbors is a must. The rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Eviction will be implemented if the rules are not followed. Cleaning fee is $200 for the month.
