Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $150 fine. There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. A $100 surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with no more than 4 people staying at the unit. There is a $10 charge for every guest after 2. There is a $100 charge if either the fob or parking pass is not returned to the lockbox ($200 if both are missing). All access to this apartment is digital, and a smartphone is required for entry. A lockbox and key are available as a backup option. This is a multi-building apartment complex, and some amenities, including the pool and gym, may be closed without notice. A quick background check is required for the primary guest. Guests who choose not to complete the background check will not receive check-in instructions and no refund will be issued. Includes a workstation with a desk and ergonomic chair and high-speed Wi-Fi. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10am or by the agreed upon check-out time.
