     Property

    It could be charming, a few minor repairs needing to be made. The one major thing was the musty odor underlying the new paint smell. Not a great combination.

     Management

    He returned my call while I was leaving a voicemail! He did answer my questions and seemed to be unaware of the minor problems I pointed out. When I said I just didn't think it would fit my needs, he asked what I was looking for. After I answered, he mentioned another property he had available I could look at.
