For everyone's protection, a quick credit and background check is required (application fee $45 per adult), and renter's insurance with a minimum $100,000 liability coverage is required. Proof of coverage is due before keys are released. The landlord is listed as an Additional Interested Party no extra cost to you. The tenant is responsible for snow and ice removal, while the landlord will be responsible for mowing, trimming, and weeding. A joint move-in inspection with photos and video will be completed within 7 days of move-in. A move-out inspection will also be scheduled. The tenant may terminate early with 60-day written notice and payment of a re-letting fee equal to one month's rent.
