     Management

    She is nice. Held a open house typ of thing. We all were there before her so many people were all seeing the place together. Not ideal to be honest, would have liked to see by myself.

     Property

    The pictures kinda make it confusing as to where the front door is. Smells like heavy smokers lived there and the owner slapped paint over all the walls, so fresh paint and cigarette smoke smell. Most of the pictures posted are what you get. Vary small no space kitchen, closet in second bedroom is very very small. Bathroom is very old and just wore down from usage (like time to replace type of worn down). Only good think about it is that the closet in the "master" is big. Outside is dirty and has random things scattered about from neighbors. Basically unkempt yard and im not sure where the car parking is unless we're expected to park on the side of the street. I would keep looking elsewhere for the price, if you prefer to live in a cleaner area that has been more taken care of. :)
