The brand new black stainless steel appliances along with a fully stocked kitchen will meet every home chef's needs. The dining table has seating along with barstools at the counter. A new wine/beverage fridge keeps those bottles chilled. The kitchen comes with oils, spices, seasonings, and some basic baking essentials. The living room features a convertible sectional for additional sleeping and lounging, a 55" smart TV, and a sound bar. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV pre-loaded with free streaming apps. The game room, located in the heated garage, has new epoxy floors and a countertop area with barstools. Games include basketball, foosball, darts, and ping pong. The downstairs den room has a new 55" smart TV, Xbox 360 including games, Kinect, and an Atari, as well as board and card games. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a desk area and a sofa that folds into a bed. A high chair is provided and is located in the downstairs entry closet. With two adult bikes and one child bike for guest use, it's great for riding into town. At McCall Golf Club you can golf in the warm months and snowshoe in the winter months. There is quick access to the bike path. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and a rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
