This is the upstairs of an up-down duplex. You will have your own entrance and have the place to yourself. We live in the other unit of the duplex. The house is fully furnished and newly upgraded. The carpet was recently replaced. The front yard is fully fenced and available for you to use. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. This is a beautiful space in a good area of town (on the Dimond side of town). Close to the airport. Close to Jewel Lake, Kincaid, and many shops and restaurants. Please reach out with any questions. Month-to-month rental. We Air-BnB in the summer so this will be available through May. If you want to, you can rent the house for multiple months. Utilities are included. There are 2 spots on the left side of the driveway that are available for you to use. If more spaces are needed for additional tenants there is street parking in front of the house.
