     Management

    The landlord was impatient to get verification of assets. That is, he said he would wait a couple of days but someone else came along in a day who could meet his tenant needs faster. In such a circumstance I'm surprised he ran a credit check at all. He also proposed an interesting solution to his need for security that seemed questionable. I'm not going into details but I will question potential landlords more closely in the future as to whether I should apply or not.

    The apartment was well equipped. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom which was large and nicely detailed. The actual living room was long and narrow, but good.
