Property
The home is clean as the tenants keep it clean but it is not renovated at all. The kitchen appliances are very old and worn out. Paint is old and messy, no clean lines. Blinds and windows all very outdated and old. The hallway smelled horrible as there is an elderly tenant right next to the apartment and the smell is unbearable. When asked if the landlord plans to renovate or repaint anything before changing tenants, the answer was no that I was getting the deal of a lifetime at this price in this neighborhood. Not true as I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 7 years and tour apartments regularly.
