No parties or events are allowed, and no smoking is permitted inside the unit. A $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside. A $100 charge will apply to guests bringing more than 4 guests. Checking in early or out late without prior approval will result in a fee of $50 per hour. Please report any property damage or broken items promptly, as damaged property may be billed to the guest. Missing property will also be billed to the guest.
