Rental bikes, fast food, grocery & gas station are within 3 minutes walk. Very close to San Jose downtown, historic JapanTown & San Jose state University. Backyard and laundry is shared with 2 units. Help yourself to the fruit trees in our shared backyard, if in the season. We have super professional and clean tenants and love to host professional guests. Free street parking (no time limitation). Utilities (gas, water, electricity): renter is responsible for their share. We cover internet bills, garbage, sewage, etc.. Discounted pricing of $2650 is from Aug-Dec 2025. Then full monthly pricing of $3050 will take effect as of Jan 1 , 2026. We need 1 month notice please for move outs. 1 time application fee (typical cost is around $200 ish). No other hidden fees. No smoking. Property is rented furnished. No pets (we LOVE them, but can't host them). Free laundry shared with 2 units (usage limited to once/per 2 weeks; we have a coin laundromat which is 3 minutes walk from the main building if you need extra laundry please). Soooooo sorry but we are not being hard on house rules and the main reason for limitation is due to our laundry being used commercially in the past so we had to limit guests access). We don't have central AC since the weather doesn't get too hot typically but we have a portable AC (for additional cost please).
