Landlord covers HOA, snow removal, trash, internet and cable; Tenant covers electricity/gas/water. Landlord/Tenant to agree on the final list of inclusions upon signing of lease agreement. Tenant must abide by HOA rules. Per HOA, pets are not allowed, except service animals. Also, no smoking, and no short term/nightly rentals or subletting.
