Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms (two upstairs, one in the basement) and a convenient powder bath on the main level, all with contemporary finishes and stocked with essentials. Views: Enjoy stunning views of the Rocky Mountains from the living room, primary bedroom, and right outside the front door at the community gazebo and BBQ area. Modern Decor: Chic and stylish furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the home. Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, from cookware to utensils. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -Not Pet Friendly: Please note that this home is not pet-friendly. However, the homeowner has a hypoallergenic dog, so while we maintain meticulous cleaning practices, we cannot guarantee the home is completely free of pet dander. -Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 6 guests, primarily referring to adults.
