The fully equipped kitchen has seating for four at the kitchen island, and the home offers a full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and central air-conditioning and heating. Child and baby equipment such as pack 'n plays, highchairs, strollers, and bed bumpers are also provided. Parking inside the resort requires a $20 non-refundable visitor access card per vehicle. Pool heat is optional and available for an additional charge of $35 per day, and mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Extra services such as BBQ rental, early check-in, and late checkout are available for an additional fee. Located in the Emerald Island Resort, this home offers easy access to resort amenities including a clubhouse with guest services, a gym, sauna, heated community pool and spa, and various sports courts. The resort is a short drive from local attractions, dining, and shopping, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. All guests must have their reservation information and ID available for the guards at the gate, which is staffed 24/7. Breaking house rules may result in a $300 charge plus any damages, and major violations can lead to eviction without refund. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with self-check-in provided via a smart lock. Additional charges apply if house rules are not complied with, especially if extra cleaning, repairs, or maintenance services are needed.
