This second floor flat unit features living room with sliding glass door to a private balcony with a partial view of the St Johns Bridge, kitchen with eating bar, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and laundry closet with stacked washer & dryer. The unit has electric heat. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher and stacked washer & dryer in the unit. There is one assigned parking space per unit in the shared garages with one additional off-street parking space in front of the assigned garage space. Each unit has a garage door opener to their assigned space. Each unit also has a locked storage closet in their shared garage. Water, sewer, basic garbage & recycling and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. The building is within one half of a mile of Johns Community Garden, Cathedral Park, St Johns Park and St Johns Community Center. The Trimet bus lines # 4, 11, 16, 44 and 75 have stops within one half of a mile. The University of Portland is approx 1.5 miles away.
