Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 fee. Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and you may be asked to leave without a refund if this rule is violated. If unauthorized additional guests stay the night, a charge of $37 per person per night will be charged. If dog waste is left behind, a $100 fee will be charged.
