Security deposit = $5,500; $10 non-refundable application fee for every occupant over 18 years of age and once application is approved there is a $32 fee for a credit/background check.
This home is NOT currently approved for Section 8. Applications that include Section 8 Vouchers as a form of income are always considered but we cannot guarantee the timely processing completed by the Housing Authority of SLO that is required to approve a unit for their program. Guarantors are considered and will have to also fill out an Application along with the respective Tenant.
