Comes with a clean and comfortable full-sized bed, or you can bring your own (up to queen size) bed. Newly tiled cooking area countertop, and butcher block cutting board. All kitchen appliances, which include a 3-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer, are clean and in good working condition. New waterproof luxury plank vinyl flooring 6'x3' slider dual pane windows over the bed and table areas. Storage includes a large pull-out drawer under the sofa, kitchen cabinets, a pantry cabinet, shelving in the bathroom, and room for provided plastic storage bins under the bed. There are also two large cabinets in the patio area and an exterior shelf set on the end of the front deck. Electric space heat and a portable AC unit provided and shared laundry with other two tenants. Private 155 sq ft enclosed patio on the backside of the unit with two large storage cabinets, and a 112 sq ft covered deck at the entrance with a sitting bench. Parking is available for one car directly next to the two-step entrance. Located in a peaceful setting on a redwood forested ridgetop, 5 minutes drive to Scotts Valley, 15 minutes to Santa Cruz, and 30 minutes to San Jose.
