     Property

    The apartment as such is very good. Plenty of natural lighting. Corner apartment on the first floor. No microwave/ dishwasher. No air conditioning. Ceiling fans available. Laundry is outside the apartment. (Not easily accessible) Only one washer/ dryer shared by 8 apartment. Garage is also shared by all units. Place is close to santa clara University.

     Management

    Very friendly. Showed me around the apartment.
