Free street parking for this home! There are usually 1-2 spots in front of the home for you to use. Otherwise you are welcome to park anywhere on the street. NW OGDEN AVE is a very safe and quiet street.

The neighborhood is quaint, and charming. This home is located on the corner of 9th street, which is a well used local thoroughfare, but the home is set well back from the street so noise should not be a problem.
