Move-in Costs (exact amounts you will pay before getting keys): First month's rent: $3,400 Security deposit: $600 (fully refundable within 30 days of move-out if no damage) Total due at signing: $4,000 Utilities Included: Landlord pays ALL utilities water, sewer, electricity, heat, trash, and high-speed internet. You pay nothing extra for utilities (just use them reasonably). Fully Furnished: Everything stays furniture, three 65" smart TVs, all linens, towels, kitchenware, dishes, coffee maker, fireplace, washer/dryer, decor, etc. You literally just bring clothes and toiletries. Parking: One assigned parking space (#107) included at no extra cost. Pets: No pets allowed except legally recognized service animals or emotional support animals (must be registered with me in advance). Guests & Overnight Stays: Maximum 2 overnight guests at a time, and no guest may stay more than 4 nights in any week. No Airbnb-style short-term rentals or unapproved subletting. Smoking / Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (inside or outside the unit). Renter's Insurance: Required minimum $100,000 liability coverage. You must add me (Edward Cromwell) as an "additional interested party" and show proof before move-in. Owner Occupancy: I do NOT live on-site this is a professionally managed, quiet building. Quiet Hours & Rules: 10 PM 8 AM quiet hours; must follow condo/HOA rules (very standard no loud parties, etc. are not allowed). Move-out Cleaning: Unit must be returned clean; if professional cleaning is needed at move-out, a $150 fee will be deducted from your deposit. If you want a hassle-free, fully furnished, all-utilities-included home in an amazing walk-to-everything location and you can move into with just a suitcase, this is it! Perfect for traveling nurses, military PCS, medical residents, or anyone who values convenience and zero surprise bills.
