No pets/ no smoking policy. Maximum two (2) occupants. 6-12 months lease, $1950 security deposit. No history of late pays and/or evictions. Personally owned and managed. Applicant must provide proof of income 2 x rent or 6 months cash reserves. $500 Holding Deposit required with application. If applicant is approved the holding deposit converts towards the security deposit. If the applicant is denied the $500 Holding Deposit is refunded. If the applicant is approved but then backs out, the Holding Deposit is forfeited. Applicant must submit proof of income, prior landlord verification and credit report within 48 hours of submitting application.
