- Primary suite on bottom floor fits up to queen bed
- Primary suite on top floor (3rd floor) fits king bed, or queen bed without a boxspring (queen boxsprings will not fit up the stairwells).
- Third bedroom upstairs fits twin to queen bed, or bunk beds, or can be used as an office or playroom.
- 1 car garage
- 1-2 private parking spaces directly in front of house and garage
- Off street parking as well
- Washer / dryer on the same floor as primary bedroom

- Quiet dishwasher (dishwasher is newer and better than the one in the listing pics)

- Glass top oven/range (the picture of the oven/range in this listing is outdated. There is a new glass top oven/range in the house currently)

APPLYING:
- You can fill out the free Zillow application and background. However, you may still be required to fill out / apply through a paid service. If so, it's a nonrefundable screening / credit check $42 per tenant (paid to the screening company not to landlords)
TERMS:
- $700 non-refundable cleaning fee
- Refundable security deposit equal to one months rent $3900
- Tenant pays all utilities
- No smoking inside the house
- No use of smoker style BBQs. Regular outdoor grills and BBQs are allowed. Smokers are not allowed because all other townhomes are very close and the vast amount of smoke is disruptive to neighbors.

PETS:
- Small dogs under 40lbs are allowed (no other pets allowed)
- $975 refundable pet deposit
- $150 additional pet rent, per dog, per month (Example: 1 dog = $150 extra pet rent per month. 2 dogs = $300 pet rent per month, etc.)
APPLICANT SCREENING DISCLOSURES:
- We do not accept prior rental screening reports
- No prior evictions
- Must provide previous landlord references
- Section 8 Applicants: Must have verifiable income that's 2.5x your portion of the rental amount
- Section 8 applicants: Credit score of 575+
- Self Pay Applicants: Must have verifiable income that's 2.5x the rental amount
- Self pay: Credit score of 700+
- The following issues in your background may disqualify applicants (subsidy applicants may be less scrutinized): negative landlord references, low credit score, bankruptcies, delinquent payments, money owed to previous landlord, evictions, fraud.
