We are located in a residential pocket of the Greenwood neighborhood on a tree-lined street, only two blocks from Greenwood / Phinney Ridge shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, and beer gardens. There's a grocery store within walking distance for forgotten necessities and even a 24-hour diner one block away. Green Lake is about a mile away; walk, run, bike, paddle... Ballard - a short 10-minute drive. Downtown Seattle - 15 minutes. One block from Greenwood Park and three from another (Sandel). Super easy access to I-5 (1 m), SR 99 / Aurora Ave. (blocks), multiple bus lines (via 85th, Aurora, Greenwood Avenue ~ each only blocks away), and the Burke Gilman bike trail. We are also close to the UW and Northgate Light Rail Stations (5 m). While we occupy the lower levels of the home, we're happy to help or let alone. We are always available via phone / text / mail. Owner pays all utilities, although tenant responsible for taking out trash and recycling in a timely manner. Street parking (no permit required and always available). No smoking of any kind, please. 12-month duration is desired, shorter terms open to discussion. First / Last month + $1,000 security deposit required (payment schedule available).
