Updated bathrooms on each floor makes prepping for the day's adventures easy for all the residents. br The Warrior's Mark neighborhood is close to Peaks 9 & 10 and the Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop is steps away with simple, free access to the ski area and downtown Breck all year long. br There is a washer and dryer in the house, located downstairs in the utility room. We are looking for a long-term lease (12 months ). Rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for Xcel Energy billing, which is gas & electricity.
