Although the studio is part of a private home it is a self-contained studio with its own private entrance and a stackable washer and dryer that includes 1 off street parking space. No stove but includes a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. For rent: Is a private studio apartment for 1 occupant for a 6 month to 12 month term to start. Looking for professional with verifiable income and references. 1 car space for parking and guest are allowed but not to be on property more than 3 days per week or we would need an application to add as an occupant and charge an additional $150.00 utility fee for adding another tenant. Standard move in cost of first & equal deposit which is refundable minus a $350.00 cleaning fee at the end of the lease. Smoking not allowed inside but out side is fine. FYI: Deposit might be higher if credit is challenged. The unit is private with its own entrance, Washer and dryer and no shared spaces.
