There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with an outdoor patio featuring a grill and loungers. Relax and enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay. A week's notice is kindly requested. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, this home is just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions. Everything you need is at your fingertips, but if you venture out, enjoy world-class meals with family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge. Disney World is 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld is 30 minutes away and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. If you welcome a furry friend, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit.
