Great location: About 2.5 miles from UOP, 2 miles from Trader Joe's/Safeway and Delta College. Currently furnished with a full size bed, tables, dresser, book shelf. The bed has a bed skirt, foam topper and mattress cover. Bedding is not provided. Available unfurnished if preferred. The studio also has a window AC unit for summer as well as a central air/heat vent, and a space heater for winter, since the thermostat is in the main house. Washer and Dryer are in the garage, accessible from separate entrance. Off street parking. My large lot backs up to railroad tracks. Some people love hearing the trains, others do not. I rarely notice the trains, but it's something to consider; otherwise a quiet neighborhood. Large garden/yard. Garden space is available if you are interested. Month to month rental agreement. First month's rent and deposit due at rental agreement signing. Studio is for one person only. No overnight guests without prior discussion. Rent includes utilities and wifi, not cable. No pets, No smoking or drugs. Due to chemical sensitivities and shared walls/vents, scented products (i.e., perfume, hair products, laundry detergent, dry sheets, etc.) need to be minimized. Room is partially furnished - full size bed (with memory foam topper), dresser, bookshelf, table, bedside table. Any or all can be removed if not needed. Has a vacuum cleaner since the room is mostly carpeted. Expectation of regular bathroom cleaning. Deposit includes shower and carpet maintenance. Recommend using a squeegee on shower door and regular vacuuming. Since unit is attached to the main house, looking for a clean, quiet and respectful person.
