The private pool offers an option to add heat, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with an outdoor patio featuring a grill and loungers. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. The living area is spacious with enough seating for the whole family to hang out together, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make a delicious meal. Parking can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle, and failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. Report damages immediately. The right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules, is reserved.
