This house features 2 large living areas, a game room with an air hockey table, basketball, and bean bag toss game, and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a Star Wars-designed loft area, and themed bedrooms of Super Heroes and Disney Princesses. Enjoy access to a free washer/dryer and relax by your own private south-facing pool with outdoor loungers. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring a house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). A pet fee of $150 is required. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this property is near Disney World (20-25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). The property is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Windsor at Westside Resort includes a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ and picnic area, and a huge clubhouse with arcades, bar and lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 18. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
