Enjoy access to a free washer and dryer, a private south-facing pool, outdoor pool loungers, and an outdoor patio. Enjoy free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, this home is a short drive from major attractions: Disney World (20-25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). The property is also a couple of minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 2 per reservation, and up to 2 cars may park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
