I live 2 miles from the building. You are dealing directly with the owner 7 days a week from 7 am - 6 PM No voice mail. NO push 1, push 3 and push 7 to go to hell. The lease is 12 months. Starts November 1. I cover all utilities except electricity . If you have every had a UD or do not have a record of on time rental payments do NOT apply. The building is clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities are in the lower level. Additional storage space is available for $25 a month.
