Enjoy free access to the community water park, amenity center, and clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for $35 per day of stay. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Located in the gated masterplan community of ChampionsGate in FL, this home is 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando's theme parks, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum guest capacity is 10. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
