The bedroom includes two double beds, and the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and unwind in the spacious living area, making this the perfect retreat for your stay. Parking is available with fees ranging from $100.00 for 1 week to $175.00 for 4 weeks. Temporary passes are also available for $20.00 for a few hours or $40.00 overnight. A welcome package fee of $75.00 includes one FOB, a lanyard, coupons from the cafe, and a pamphlet on interesting things to do in the area. Additional FOBs are available for $30 each. Packages can be delivered to the building at a cost of $7.00 per package. Each unit includes one beach umbrella, beach towels, and two non-reclining, foldable beach chairs for your convenience. Located just steps from the beautiful Hollywood Beach, the neighborhood surrounding the famous Hollywood Broadwalk offers a lively and relaxing coastal atmosphere. Stretching along 2.5 miles of beachfront, the Broadwalk is lined with charming cafes, unique shops, and outdoor dining options, perfect for soaking in ocean views while enjoying local flavors. This area is ideal for those who love outdoor activities, with opportunities for walking, biking, or rollerblading along the Broadwalk. Family-friendly parks, playgrounds, and green spaces are just a short walk away, providing options for all ages. Evenings come alive with live music and entertainment from local venues, making it a great destination for a fun and relaxing stay by the beach. The property may include a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, with no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring inside the unit. Any sound crossing a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. There is one laundry room per floor, not located inside the apartment, with a cost of $2.50 per load. Guests are required to sign the vacation rental agreement upon arrival.
