The master bedroom has a king size bed; the smaller bedroom has two twins beds that can be used separately or pushed together. Both bedrooms have closets with quality wood hangers, hampers, dressers, and ceiling fans. The upstairs bath has been newly remodeled and has plush towels, a shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser with cruelty-free products, and a separate vanity. A stackable washer and dryer is located in a utility room off the upstairs bathroom. Lease highlights: - Monthly rent is $3000 and includes all utilities (electric, high-speed internet (not cable), water, yard maintenance, trash, recycling, pest control) - $1500 security deposit due with signed lease agreement and is refundable minus a $300 final cleaning fee at the end of the lease term if property left in satisfactory condition after landlord inspection - Landlord reserves the right to use KeyCheck to screen prospective tenants at a cost of $44.99 paid by prospective tenants - A maximum of four (4) tenants are allowed - Renter responsible for maintaining property in satisfactory condition and reporting any damages and/or repairs needed to the landlord - Parking available for two vehicles in the private driveway - No pets are allowed - No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the dwelling - No subletting is allowed - Landlord is not responsible for tenant's belongings or possessions
