The upstairs has a foyer with a reading nook, two bedrooms, and a full bath. The upstairs foyer has a door to an external staircase that leads to the back patio. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the smaller bedroom has two twins beds that can be used separately or pushed together. Both bedrooms have closets with quality wood hangers, hampers, dressers, and ceiling fans. The upstairs bath has been newly remodeled and has plush towels, a shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispenser with cruelty-free products, and a separate vanity. A stackable washer and dryer is located in a utility room off the upstairs bathroom.
Lease highlights:
- Monthly rent is $2500 and includes all utilities (electric, high-speed internet (not cable), water, yard maintenance, trash, recycling, pest control)
- A $2500 security deposit (first month's rent) due with signed lease agreement, plus a $500 deposit for final inspection of the property. If the property is left in satisfactory condition after landlord inspection, the landlord will return the deposit minus a deep cleaning fee of $300. ($3000 TOTAL DUE TO SECURE A LEASE).
- Landlord reserves the right to use KeyCheck to screen prospective tenants at a cost of $44.99 paid by prospective tenants
- A maximum of four (4) tenants are allowed
- Renter responsible for maintaining property in satisfactory condition and reporting any damages and/or repairs needed to the landlord
- Parking available for two vehicles in the private driveway
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the dwelling
- No subletting is allowed
- Landlord is not responsible for tenant's belongings or possessions
