This studio apartment is a spacious 400 square feet. It is important to note, however, that this is a basement apartment with lower than average 7' ceilings and no kitchen - just a kitchenette. Despite the location, the space gets good natural light during the day.
The private studio has everything you need for an extended stay including a fully stocked kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster oven with air fryer, microwave, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, hot plate), large bathroom, dedicated workspace, lighting fast wifi, adjustable height bed, string lights for a unique night feel, futon, and free and easy street parking out front.
You will also have shared access to the washer/dryer, front porch, both yards, backyard firepit, and grill with a side burner.
Guests have shared access to the laundry room, basement storage, and yards.
