Condo is a short walk to the Avila Pier, stroll the beach, drive out on the big wharf at Port San Luis and enjoy the restaurants and entertainment in the area. Ocean and pier view from window, attractively furnished and redecorated, well-equipped with amenities for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, large and small appliances.1 bedroom furnished with Queen Size Bed. Bed and bath linens provided. Living room provides Cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi and a queen size air-bed. Lower level and handicap accessible. Shared laundry. 1 off-street parking space. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* Small dogs are considered and if approved require an additional fee of $100, plus tax. To get approved, guests must first submit a photo of the dog and agree to: 1.) Bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture 2.) Take the dog to a local pet resort if there is a complaint about the dog Stays from 1-3 months preffered; must be approved depending on time of year. Not Available monthly in the summer May - August but September - April are negotiable as a monthly booking if the unit is available. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $35 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. If you apply on Zillow they offer a credit check which is what we prefer. Utilities included (capped), Wi-Fi included. No cable service, occupants must use their own steaming accounts. Pets require approval and are subject to additional rent, fees, and deposits upon approval. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and $200 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
