This apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the second floor with an office, a big living room, a big kitchen, a private seasonal room and a shared deck (on the first floor). The neighbors are clean, nice people.
The apartment listed here is the red one in the floor plan (201 John A). I have a YouTube video of the apartment's current condition (will provide upon request )but it'll look much better in the end!
We're currently cleaning and painting the apartment. It should be ready by December 1st, maybe sooner.
Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric and natural gas (heat and oven/stove). Tenant will start on a 6 month or month to month lease but can transition to a year lease after trial period. There is a non-refundable $200 pet fee and a $25 pet rent per pet per month.
