Note that most of the photos in the listing are of the apartment directly above this apartment with a similar layout and square footage, because this apartment still needs to be renovated! I have a YouTube video of the apartment's current condition (will provide upon request )but it'll look much better in the end! We're renovating it right now to make it nicer and up-to date. It should be ready by the end of September, maybe sooner. Everything will be painted, new flooring in most rooms, new cabinets in back corner of kitchen, new fridge, new sink faucet, new kitchen counter top, new bathroom sink vanity, new shower walls, and a few new doors. Tenant can choose colors of rooms if accepted before painting is complete.
