All pools are professionally serviced and maintained with the highest standards of care, cleaned weekly by a licensed pool company to ensure a pristine experience. A starter kit with essentials (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and bath items) is provided. For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed. A mid-stay clean is available for $270 plus tax, a BBQ grill rental for $75 per week plus tax, and pool heat for $35 per night plus tax. Pool heating is unavailable from June to September. Located in Champions Gate Resort, this vacation home provides a great Orlando location. This gated community offers a peaceful atmosphere and resort amenities, including landscaped streets, golf courses, and lakes. It's a short drive from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, with easy access via I-4. Explore dining and shopping nearby, or visit Kissimmee and downtown Orlando. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35-40 minutes away by car. No parties or events are allowed; violation may result in cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited; a $250 fee is charged for smoking detection. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM (door codes deactivate at 10 AM). A valid Driver's License is required at check-in.
