Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence found. Pets are not allowed, and an unauthorized pet will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed as door codes deactivate at 10 AM. The property allows a maximum of 3 cars, and all drivers must be registered prior to arrival. No parties or events are permitted, and violation of this policy may result in cancellation without eligibility for a refund.
