Baseboard heaters and thermostats replaced last winter, windows are updated since build for high efficiency in winter; renter pays electricity. Rental includes access to the HOA clubhouse, with hot tub, sauna, and grilling area. Additional grilling patio located right outside unit, and storage for 2 bikes in utility room at end of A building. Lookout Village is a smaller complex at the start of the the shuttle route (purple/Meadow Ridge line) with just 27 units, leading to a close-knit community where kids and dogs all play. Large grassy area inside the complex is separated from road by A building, making it perfect for pets and kids. Rental includes communal parking. Pets are negotiable depending on lease terms but must comply with HOA policies. Price is for a 12-month lease; 6-month season rentals negotiable. Priority will be given to local workforce tenants. One year lease preferred, but 6-month season rental is negotiable. Renters insurance recommended but not required: any person losses are entirely at renter's own risk and liability; landlord's insurance does not cover renter's belongings. No indoor smoking.
