Two dining tables are available for family meals, and the home is designed with an elegant touch throughout. Free parking is available in the driveway, accommodating up to two vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests, and boat trailers or campers won't fit in the parking space. An air mattress is available upon request. Located in Tarpon Springs, this home is just a 15-minute walk to the ocean and a 4-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor are all a short drive away. Enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, with Jimmy's Neighborhood Restaurant less than 5 minutes away. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, with a $250 penalty for violations. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are permitted in the rental at any time. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly for those who need to stay connected during their stay.
