Elementary school and High School within walking distance as well as the downtown area. Beautiful city lot with mature trees and yard. Apartment has one nice sized bedroom with large closet. Bathroom with shower and laundry, kitchen with area for a smaller table and chairs and is open to living room. Storage under stairs is available. Garage space is large enough for one car. Private apartment entry through the garage. Manager lives onsite and shares garage and driveway. Manager and Owner do need access to apartment due to hot water heater, outside water, boiler and electrical panel being located in lower unit. Renter will be notified of any need to access these items ahead of entry to apartment unless the need for access is emergent. Rental agreement is for 1 (one) year terms and renewal is by landlord approval. Rent includes utilities and garbage. No pets allowed, No smoking allowed and Absolutely No Drug Use Allowed. If pets are found or drug use is seen or there are signs of use, lease will be terminated immediately and renter will be notified of requirement to move out within 24 hours of notice by landlord. Parking; one space in shared garage and one space in shared driveway. Maintenance: general cleaning and general maintenance of the rental spaces (apartment and garage) is required of tenant. Any further maintenance is to be reported to the manager and discussed. Outdoor Maintenance: There may be a discount on rent if renter agrees to lawn mowing in the months required and for snow removal in months required as well as general assistance with home repair and yard upkeep. Discount can be discussed with landlord at the time of lease agreement.
