PET VERFICATION IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS, regardless of pet acceptance status of the home for which you are applying: A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). Submitting pet profiles requires the applicant to pay a maximum fee of $25 PER PET, payable to Findigs at the time the profile is created. No-pet or assistance animal profiles are no cost to the applicant. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
