Has private upstairs entrance, off street parking and rent includes everything! During the summer months there is little activity on main level, and in winter we live on the main level. Apartment is centrally located, walking distance to downtown shops, the international border and customs offices and the the paper mill. Owner pays for all utilities. We have electric stair treads on the entrance stairway to allow for snow to melt in the winter. We do not allow crypto mining!
