Property
It’s a very nice space, very well kept and spacious. Big open kitchen/living room/dining room area, and a surprisingly large bathroom. Master bedroom is reasonably sized and has a walk in closet. The smaller bedroom, however, is leaning towards the small side compared to the master. There is also no dishwasher, and laundry is not on-site. Those, added with the tenant being responsible for lawn care and snow removal in the backyard (which is decently sized and fenced in), it’s got some downsides. It is a good neighborhood, and there is one garage space next to a plot for off street parking. This seems to me like a place that someone would want to spend more than 1 year at.
Management
Landlord was very nice, answered my questions fully. Gave a very patient yet simple walk through and let me take my time. One of the better tours I’ve taken.
