There's a plethora of coastal rentals in a variety of styles here, ensuring you'll find your perfect fit in one of SoCal's most vibrant areas. We are seeking someone who can move-in within two weeks or less. This would be a twelve month lease. Resident is responsible to pay all utilities except for water & sewer. This is a small and gated building.
