Well behaved dogs or cats that don't make a lot of noise or damage anything, and owners that pick up after them are welcome. Smoking is not allowed anywhere. It is a legal duplex. You have your own electric and gas meters. High Speed internet is available. We split the water bill based on how many people are in each unit. You are 5 houses east of The Troll. The house sits lower than Aurora. While it's not noisy, if you are sensitive to noise Fremont may not be for you. My wife and I own this property and are very responsive to maintenance needs. We have one parking spot wired for level 2 EV charging. The other spot is wired for Level 1 EV charging. Terms: Three person maximum. All perspective tenants must fill out an application. We don't charge for applications but require you show a current credit score of 700 or more when you view the house. Minimum 1 year lease. First months rent and a refundable damage deposit of $3300.00 are necessary to get in. There is an addition refundable $500.00 damage deposit for each pet. By appointment only. Do not disturb the tenants.
